This Project Executive opportunity in River Edge, New Jersey pairs senior client-facing leadership with ownership of delivery, financial performance, and long-term client relationships.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Executive position include:
- 15+ years of Design/Build construction experience (Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture required; extensive building construction experience may complement non-engineering or architectural training).
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception through completion across design, estimating, procurement, engineering, construction, and post-construction.
- Function in either a Design/Build or General Contractor role.
- Ensure a master progress schedule is established and maintained, incorporating owner decisions, design availability, procurement lead times, fabrication lead times, and field installation.
- Drive strong client and internal team relationships, serving as the primary liaison and aligning project goals, timelines, and financial expectations.
- Execute projects in conformance with contract documents and achieve expected financial results while establishing and maintaining required quality.
- Manage project teams by effectively organizing, managing, and training field and office staff.
- Lead preconstruction and construction services including estimating, scheduling, cost, engineering, proposal development, and pursuit activities; support revenue growth through business development and client relationship management.
Salary: $180K-$220K per year.
