In this Assistant Superintendent opportunity, you’ll take a field-focused role supporting site leadership and keeping projects moving from foundation through completion across local NYC-area job sites.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Assistant Superintendent position include:
- 5 years of NYC construction/development experience; must have worked with a NYC-based construction company of similar size
- Hands-on field experience from foundation through project completion
- Ability to work construction hours, roughly 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Support field operations on ground-up mixed-use and/or commercial and residential renovation projects
- Assist superintendent leadership with day-to-day site coordination
- Coordinate subcontractor and vendor activity in the field
- Support internal document controls and keep project information organized
- Maintain communication between field teams, project management, vendors, subcontractors, and operations leadership
Salary: $100K-$130K per year, commensurate with experience.
