Qualifications and responsibilities for this Heavy Civil Project Manager position include:
- 5-10 years of heavy highway construction experience, with strong preference for DOT project experience
- Experience managing concrete, bridge, and roadway projects valued over degree or certifications
- Knowledge of HCSS HeavyBid and HeavyJob is preferred, with Bluebeam and Primavera P6 considered strong pluses
- Ability to oversee projects ranging from $2M to $30M in value
- Manage project execution with an 80/20 office-to-field split and minimal travel within 3-4 hours of Cleveland
- Coordinate schedules, budgets, field operations, and project documentation for 1-2 year project durations
- Work closely with estimators, field teams, and leadership to support successful project delivery
- Estimating software experience is a plus for Project Managers in this role
Salary: $75,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
