Join a fast-growing, well-established land surveying firm as a Licensed Surveyor in Ft. Lauderdale, FL! This is an exciting opportunity to work with a surveyor-led organization that specializes exclusively in land surveying, has expanded significantly through recent acquisitions, and offers strong growth potential through leadership development and continued education support.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Licensed Surveyor position include:
- Florida Licensed Land Surveyor with a minimum of 10 years of survey experience
- Perform quality control of survey documents including survey plans, record plots, metes and bounds descriptions, title commitment reports, and construction layout services
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Provide weekly progress and status reports on project deliverables to stakeholders and management
- Oversee surveying activities including staff, technical resources, time allocations, and schedules
- Mentor and train staff to strengthen surveying knowledge and procedural standards
- Strong communication, client relationship, and document interpretation skills
- Prepare and execute quality control, safety, and quality assurance procedures while supporting client satisfaction and market presence
Salary: $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
