We are actively seeking a Traffic Control Operations Supervisor based out of the Winter Haven, FL office, supporting roadway and maintenance-of-traffic projects throughout Central Florida.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Traffic Control Operations Supervisor position include:
- Advanced MOT certification with hands-on traffic control experience
- Ability to review job sites and design traffic control layouts and MOT plans
- Estimating labor, materials, and traffic control needs for projects
- Supervising field crews and coordinating daily operations
- Working closely with the Operations Superintendent on scheduling and execution
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and work zone standards
- Basic Microsoft Office skills for reporting and documentation
- Clean driving record, ability to pass a drug test, and willingness to work both in the field and office
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
