Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sales Inspector position include:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience performing WDI/WDO inspections (termite and moisture).
- Conduct residential structural inspections including crawl space and attic evaluations.
- Comfortable working in a field-based role with flexible end times and occasional Saturdays.
- Ability to produce and follow up on self-generated leads to increase sales potential.
- Strong communication and sales skills to close service contracts post-inspection.
- Valid Virginia driver’s license and clean driving/criminal record required.
- Must live on the Peninsula or be open to relocation on a case-by-case basis.
- Use of company vehicle provided for daily routes and client appointments.
Salary: $75,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
