We are seeking a Residential Project Manager to lead exciting projects focused on interior and exterior renovations. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Project Manager position include:
- 10+ years of experience in residential construction, with a focus on remodeling and renovations.
- Hands-on leadership managing a team of 8, including serving as Lead Carpenter.
- Oversight of projects averaging $200K, with some reaching $1M.
- Expertise in window and door replacement (80% of projects), and kitchen/bath remodeling (20%).
- Ability to travel occasionally (Chicago and regional trips).
- Strong software skills including Company Cam and QuickBooks for estimating.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with both client communication and onsite leadership responsibilities.
Salary: $80,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
