Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- 7–12 years of project management experience in both high-end residential and commercial construction
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required
- Strong client-facing skills, capable of working with celebrity and high-profile clients in a polished and professional manner
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Smartsheet, Google Suite, Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM a plus
- Proven ability to manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, with minimal oversight
- Lead and manage 1–3 Superintendents while overseeing multiple active projects in the field and office (50/50 split)
- Responsible for full project scope including estimating, scheduling, submittals, budgeting, and sequencing
- Experience with both ground-up and major remodels, managing projects ranging from $1.5M to $10M+
Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
