You’ll play a key role in driving new business, building relationships, and ultimately stepping into a General Manager role — all within a collaborative, no-micromanagement environment.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Sales / Business Development position include:
- Minimum 5+ years of sales or business development experience in construction or land development
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with contractors, developers, and government agencies
- Self-starter who can execute sales strategies with minimal oversight
- Attend industry events and government meetings to generate leads and intelligence
- Responsible for on-the-road sales efforts across the Orlando metro area
- Capable of contributing to overall business strategy and revenue growth
- Potential to grow into the General Manager role with operational leadership responsibilities
- Basic Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency required; degree preferred but not required
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year + Commissions.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 50% paid medical, 401(k) with company match, paid time off (negotiable), and optional ancillary benefits. A company vehicle or mileage reimbursement is also available.
