Qualifications and responsibilities for this Glazing Foreman position include:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the glass business and at least 1–2 years in a foreman role
- Strong background in commercial glazing installations, repairs, replacements, and fabrication
- Experience leading teams on new construction projects
- Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record (non-negotiable)
- Proficiency with Procore and QuickBooks software is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and complete job site assessment forms
- 100% field-based role; report to office daily before heading to job sites across DFW
- Occasional overtime and weekend work with time-and-a-half pay
Salary: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health insurance with 50% of the employee premium paid after 90 days, optional dental and vision, a company-paid basic life insurance policy of $50K, 2 personal days after 90 days, 1 week of PTO after the first year, annual performance-based profit sharing, and eligibility for a company pension/profit sharing plan (50% match up to 4%).
