Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Architect position include:
- Must be a Registered Architect in the state of Florida
- 8+ years of architectural or engineering design experience
- Strong background in construction documentation, with large homebuilder experience highly preferred
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows; AutoCAD is a plus
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Passion for design innovation and scaling architecture systems
- Lead the coordination of architectural and engineering design from early feasibility to construction documentation
- Support productization and standardization of building systems with minimal construction administration (90% design, 10% management)
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
