As a result, we have enabled work from home capabilities and eliminated all non-essential travel. We continue to monitor this ever-changing situation and will take necessary measures to ensure all services remain operational and DAVRON is available to our clients.  Currently, there is no change to our Recruitment Services process despite our remote environment. Our leadership and technology teams have ensured that DAVRON team members have full access to phone systems, conference lines, databases, and systems.  While the duration of these challenges are uncertain right now, we understand you are still putting people to work and adjusting your current workforce needs.

Direct Hire/Permanent Placement Fees Extended Over 52 weeks:

We are now offering a full time permanent search with a HUGE discount. Rather than paying 20% of a candidate’s salary upfront, divide that by 52, and spread those payments over 52 weeks. How much will a $50,000 salary cost? $192 a week. Pay as long as they’re employed by you. Something happens and the employee is let go on week 14? Invoices 15-52 are void and no longer due. Further, we will provide a one-week trial period for each candidate hired when you chose our 52 weekly agreement!

Hourly Contractors:

Not sure if you’re ready to hire full time? Consider a DAVRON contractor. We pay all the taxes, provide all the insurance and benefit coverage, and you only pay a one low hourly rate. You are only responsible for the hours the contractor works. No commitments. Keep them as long as you like, roll them over to permanent employee status anytime. Have someone in mind already? We can serve as the employer of record and take them on our payroll.
