Qualifications and responsibilities for this Welder position include:
- 10+ years of experience welding Aluminum, Stainless Steel, and Carbon Steel
- Proficiency in GMAW, SMAW, GTAW, and FCAW welding processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld procedures
- Skilled in setup and troubleshooting of Lincoln and Miller welding equipment
- Preferred: Some machining experience to evaluate weldments as part of the full machined product
- Ability to perform prefabrication inspections with consideration for final machining
- Commitment to safety and cleanliness in an indoor facility
- Able to work independently and take initiative within a collaborative team environment
Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health insurance with 2/3 of the plan covered, dental insurance, SIMPLE IRA with 3% match, 7 paid holidays, paid time off, a $15,000 life insurance policy, and overtime opportunities. Cash and holiday bonuses are also occasionally awarded.
