Qualifications and responsibilities for this VP of Roadway & Transportation Engineering position include:
- Georgia PE license required
- 15–25 years of technical experience, preferably in roadway and/or bridge engineering
- Strong history of GDOT project experience and preferably have connections with GDOT
- Proven leadership skills, including team building, mentorship, and office management
- Desire to build and grow a team, including hiring mid-level engineers
- Flexibility to manage both technical production and business development responsibilities
- Capability to lead strategic direction for the Roswell office
- Willingness to travel for executive-level meetings and company visits
Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
