Qualifications and responsibilities for this Traveling Construction Superintendent position include:
- Proven experience with grocery store construction, including remodels and ground-up projects
- Ability to manage projects ranging from approximately $650K remodels up to $10M ground-up builds
- 100% on-site supervision of construction activities across multiple states
- Coordination and oversight of subcontractors to maintain schedule, safety, and quality standards
- Experience working on grocery store projects preferred
- Proficiency using Procore, email, and mobile communication tools
- Willingness to travel and work across approximately 15 states including NY, TX, LA, KY, OH, and PA
- Strong field leadership skills with the ability to work independently and directly with company leadership
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
