Qualifications and responsibilities for this Survey Project Manager position include:
- Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Land Surveying
- 2+ years managing a team of 3 or more employees
- Registered Land Surveyor (RLS / PLS) certification (preferred)
- Proficiency with Trimble equipment, Sage Intake ERP, and AutoCAD (preferred)
- Industrial project experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of survey project management from concept to completion
- Lead and mentor a team of 11 technicians and work alongside 2 RLS team members
- Prepare ALTA surveys, legal descriptions, topographical calculations, and construction staking
- Ensure compliance with CAD standards and project scheduling/budgeting
- Manage cross-discipline coordination and client communication
- Conduct safety meetings, performance reviews, and team scheduling
- Define project scopes and prepare accurate cost estimates
- Build and maintain client relationships to procure new work
Salary: $74,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
