Qualifications and responsibilities for this Superintendent position include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in multifamily apartment construction, preferably mid-rise or similar projects
- Proven ability to manage production, quality control, and daily site operations on fast-paced jobsites
- Familiarity with South Florida construction practices, safety standards, inspections, and scheduling
- Previous experience working with subcontractors and coordinating construction teams on-site
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong leadership and organizational skills; ability to build and manage an internal crew is a plus
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- Reports directly to the President and works with General Contractor
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
