Qualifications and responsibilities for this Superintendent position include:
- 5–10 years of experience supervising ground-up commercial construction, particularly retail projects
- Familiar with all phases of construction, site coordination, and contractor management
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, schedules, and structural specification sheets
- Responsible for managing field operations and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Coordinate with Project Manager and office team on RFIs, change orders, and schedule updates
- Lead daily site meetings and ensure jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Must possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Associate degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
