Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Engineer (P.E.) position include:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Kentucky, or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months
- 5–10+ years of experience in structural engineering, including concrete, steel, and PEMB foundation design
- Perform structural analysis and design for various systems (retaining walls, steel framing, etc.)
- Produce calculations, construction documents, and oversee drafting
- Coordinate with cross-discipline teams and external stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining schedules and budgets
- Mentor junior staff and assist in developing workflows and best practices
- Interest in long-term leadership and helping establish a structural department
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
