They’re offering a Construction Estimator position where you'll not only contribute to meaningful, high-value projects but also step into a career-defining role—with the opportunity to take the reins from a 40-year industry veteran set to retire soon. This is your chance to help lead the retooling of their estimating division and grow into a senior leadership position within 2 years!
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator position include:
- 3-5 years of experience in in steel construction estimating – storage facility experience preferred
- Strong background in quantity takeoffs, reading blueprints, and interpreting construction documents
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, PlanSwift, PlanHub, and PlanGrid is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively while also taking ownership of bids and project pursuits
- Comfortable working primarily in an office environment with occasional site visits as needed
- Proven ability to secure successful project bids through accurate, competitive, and complete estimates
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must pass background check and drug screening
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
