Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Project Manager (Industrial/Commercial Flooring) position include:

  • 7+ years of construction project management experience required, with commercial flooring experience highly preferred; general commercial construction experience will also be considered.
  • Leadership experience required, including directing Project Managers and guiding project teams to meet budget, schedule, and quality goals.
  • Manage industrial and commercial flooring projects involving concrete polishing, staining, epoxy, carpet, tile, VCT, and concrete remediation services.
  • Review contracts, oversee project execution, and ensure all assigned work is completed on time and in accordance with company processes and client expectations.
  • Conduct project reviews, monitor job health through data-driven metrics, and proactively resolve budgetary, quality, and scheduling issues.
  • Prepare and execute change orders, monthly billings, close-out documents, and required progress documentation in company systems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, internal teams, and leadership while building strong relationships that support repeat business and future opportunities.
  • Use Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and general construction software to manage documentation, workflows, reporting, and project coordination.

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
