Qualifications and Responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager / Design Director Include:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, with significant management experience as you will be leading a department of 4-5 architects and interior designers.
- Must be licensed in Texas with substantial experience managing high-end residential projects valued between $5-$10 million; experience in boutique hotels and restaurants is also highly valued.
- Will handle 75% management and 25% production, overseeing projects from inception to completion, managing team workload, and dividing responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe software is essential.
- This role requires full-time presence in the office with flexibility for emergencies.
Salary: $110,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The role also includes potential for commission based on new client acquisitions.
