Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Estimator position include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating within building materials, construction, or design sectors
- Must have working knowledge of building codes and safety requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; Rhino 3D and Blender are a plus
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and design renderings, and support the full design process
- Review blueprints and project documentation to determine bill of materials, labor, and resource needs
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure timely project execution
- Lead and mentor junior estimators while building a library of estimates for future reference
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with team-oriented mindset
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
