Qualifications and responsibilities for this Signage Estimator position include:
- Minimum 5 years of estimating experience in custom signage fabrication (pylon, channel letters, monument, electronic signage, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and bid documentation with a strong focus on Division 8, 9, and 10
- Familiarity with Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel for bid review and takeoffs
- Experience in Division 10 specialties, including ADA code compliance and identifying design inconsistencies
- Prepare full-service estimates by evaluating material, labor, equipment, and install time
- Communicate with architects, general contractors, and signage vendors for clarification and pricing
- Contribute to pricing strategy by analyzing trends, vendor quotes, and market conditions
- Participate in pre-bid and internal review meetings to ensure profitable and competitive proposals
Salary: $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
