Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Structural Engineer (PE) position include:
- PE license required (can be from any U.S. state)
- 10+ years of experience in structural engineering consulting or A/E firms
- Proficiency in RISA for finite element analysis; Revit preferred but not required
- Experience working across multiple materials (wood, steel, masonry, concrete); post-tensioned concrete is a plus
- Comfortable with diverse project types (commercial, institutional, residential, etc.)
- Ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate in a team-oriented environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client coordination
- Open to working in-office with some flexibility for occasional WFH needs
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical and dental insurance (up to 70% of single premium and 50% of family premium covered by employer), 3 weeks of PTO to start, and additional PTO at 10 years of service.
