Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Designer position include:
- 15+ years of residential architectural experience preferred, with single-family and/or multifamily project experience
- Architectural license highly preferred; architectural degree preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required; Photoshop, Bluebeam, and Revit are a plus
- Familiarity with building codes, fire code, research, and Type V construction techniques
- Lead design-heavy residential projects while managing project teams and support staff
- Mentor and train junior team members, delegate work, and review documents for office standards compliance
- Develop architectural programs, site planning, schematic design documents, floor plans, roof plans, and elevations
- Participate in project and client meetings, coordinate project progress, and provide design input throughout technical phases including framing walks
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
