This opportunity is for a Senior Marketing Coordinator in Houston, TX, supporting firmwide marketing and business development efforts for an award-winning architectural practice known for excellence, collaboration, and high-profile work. This is an exciting role for a seasoned AEC marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, in-office environment and enjoys producing winning proposals that shape the firm’s future.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Marketing Coordinator position include:
- Leading the preparation of RFQs, RFPs, and interview materials from strategy through final submission
- Writing, editing, and assembling compelling proposals, qualifications, and presentation materials
- Developing and maintaining marketing collateral including project sheets and staff resumes
- Creating and updating marketing content for the firm’s website and digital channels
- Coordinating closely with principals and project teams to gather accurate and strategic content
- Managing multiple pursuits simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all marketing deliverables
- Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office to produce high-quality materials
Salary: $65,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including full health and dental insurance after a waiting period, vision insurance with 100% employer-paid coverage for the employee (dependents may be covered at their own cost), a 401(k) with company match, paid time off and holidays as outlined in the HR package, and flexible core start times between 7:00–8:30 AM for a full 8-hour in-office workday.
