This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Heat Exchange Engineer to play a key leadership role in technical innovation, design excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Heat Exchange Engineer position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Thermal Engineering (Master’s or PE certification is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in heat exchanger design within HVAC, petrochemical, or power generation sectors
- Proficient with ASME pressure vessel design software including Compress, MathCAD, ANSIS, AutoCAD, and thermal design tools like HTRI or Aspen
- Create and maintain standard work and documentation for heat exchanger design
- Perform thermal, structural, and mechanical analysis ensuring safety and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance to customers
- Ensure compliance with ASME, TEMA, API codes and all regulatory standards
- Support new product development and process improvements to increase efficiency and sustainability
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
