Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Construction Superintendent position include:
- 5+ years of experience overseeing construction projects, ideally within healthcare or multifamily sectors
- OSHA 30 certification required; CHC, ICRA, and other healthcare-specific certifications strongly preferred
- Experience managing subcontractors, carpenter foremen, and possibly junior superintendents
- Proficient in site coordination including scheduling, safety compliance, and inspections
- Ability to manage project cost, schedule, change orders, and field team performance
- Skilled in preparing and presenting lookahead schedules, and leading OAC and subcontractor meetings
- Strong digital literacy for managing field data and construction plans (e.g., Bluebeam)
- Must be comfortable starting early (on-site by 6:45 AM) and working locally within the Tampa Bay area
Salary: $55.00 - $62.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
