Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Construction Project Manager position include:
- 10+ years of residential construction project management experience
- Manage 4–6 residential remodeling projects simultaneously
- Proven leadership skills
- Create and foster a positive team culture among staff and subcontractors
- Strong communication skills
- Maintain direct communication with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Experience coordinating trades including plumbing and electrical
- Oversee subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and under budget
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. With bonus potential up to $50,000.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 2 weeks of PTO, a gas card and additional benefits provided after 6 months.
