We’re seeking a Senior Construction Manager to spearhead a luxury condo conversion at a prominent property in the heart of Atlanta, GA. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Construction Manager position include:
- 10+ years of relevant construction/project management experience, preferably in luxury condo or multifamily developments
- Proven ability to manage full lifecycle construction projects from pre-construction to close-out
- Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, contractor oversight, and QA/QC processes
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with internal teams, asset managers, consultants, and contractors
- Manage condo conversion from apartments, pushing quality and timeliness to meet high-end standards
- Oversee on-site operations, permitting, inspections, and coordination with local authorities
- Ability to identify construction issues and drive solutions while maintaining schedule and budget
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and LTD. The company pays 100% of employee-only medical coverage. 401K is offered with 100% match on the first 3% of contributions. PTO includes one week after six months, two weeks at one year, and increases with tenure (up to four weeks after 10 years). Employees may roll over up to 40 hours annually. Bonuses are discretionary and may include project completion and annual bonuses.
