Step into a high-impact role as a Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician in Northern Bergen County, NJ, supporting a regional commercial service territory. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician position include:
- 10+ years of commercial HVAC experience – Perform advanced service and maintenance on large-tonnage commercial systems
- Extensive experience with high-tonnage equipment – Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex commercial HVAC units
- Strong service and maintenance background – Respond to commercial service calls within the designated territory
- EPA Certification – Ensure compliance with all refrigerant handling regulations
- Chiller experience (strongly preferred) – Service and maintain commercial chiller systems as needed
- Master HVAC License (preferred) – Provide high-level technical expertise and increase overall service capabilities
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record – Travel within a 1.5-hour service radius using a company-provided vehicle
- Ability to work independently at a senior level – Manage service calls efficiently while representing the company professionally
Salary: $35 - $75 per hour, commensurate with experience.
