Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Civil Engineer position include:
- Minimum 7 years of civil engineering experience in water, wastewater, and/or transportation projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proficiency in Civil 3D is a non-negotiable
- Experience with hydraulic/hydrologic modeling tools such as HEC-RAS, StormCAD, WaterCAD, or SWMM
- Collaborate with product and software engineering teams to define and test AI-powered tools for civil workflows
- Use hands-on design experience to identify and improve workflow inefficiencies
- Create reference designs and test cases to validate software performance
- Must be onsite with flexibility for occasional remote work (1–2 days/month max)
Salary:$160,000 - $190,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
