This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Person / Estimator to be part of a team that brings residential and commercial renovation dreams to life — from kitchen remodels to full additions. With warm, inbound leads and a supportive work environment, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing roles and loves turning ideas into real, buildable projects.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sales Person / Estimator position include:
- 5+ years of construction experience, ideally in residential remodeling
- Ability to estimate projects and create detailed proposals for clients
- Comfortable visiting job sites to gather measurements and assess project scope
- Familiarity with structural concepts like load-bearing vs. non-load-bearing walls
- Experience using estimating software (Rapid is preferred, but training is available)
- Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners from quote through project completion
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction and follow-up
- Organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple client meetings and progress updates
Salary: $50,000 per year + 5% commission on collected progress payments, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage with 50% of the individual premium paid by the company, flexible unpaid time off, and 1 week paid vacation after one year.
