Are you a dynamic Sales Manager with a passion for the construction or rental equipment industry, specifically trench shoring equipment? Join our pioneering team to spearhead market growth on the West Coast, especially focusing on California and Las Vegas markets. This is the first role of its kind within our company, offering a unique opportunity to dig in, shape the role, and drive new business development from the ground up. You'll be the front-runner in expanding our trench sales, working closely with the VP of Sales and connecting to our Ogden, Utah office. This remote, traveling position is perfect for those ready to pave the way in sales and leadership.
Qualifications and Responsibilities for this Sales Manager Include:
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within the construction or rental equipment industry.
- Knowledgeable about trench shoring products and equipment.
- Ability to identify new leads, manage customer relationships, and close deals effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and secure contracts.
Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience
