Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sales Engineer position include:
- Working closely with the sales team to deliver technical presentations and support customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Meeting directly with customers to define product requirements, review features, and guide product iterations
- Serving as the technical liaison between customers, internal teams, suppliers, and overseas engineering teams
- Coordinating product drawings, testing, lab analysis, and timelines while clearly communicating progress and delays
- Leading product application engineering efforts and supporting product positioning and messaging
- Investigating quality issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Managing RMA processes, supplier quality concerns, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Developing training, documentation, workflows, and sales tools while supporting ERP and CRM data integrity
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, plus commissions, commensurate with experience.
