Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sales Engineer – Chemical position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred); 5+ years of design or operations experience.
- Prepare detailed technical sales proposals using costing and sizing software.
- Experience estimating costs for raw materials and equipment.
- Conduct international and domestic client visits (up to 20 weeks/year).
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, reporting all details for project handoff.
- Represent the company at global exhibitions, seminars, and trade shows.
- Gather competitive and market intelligence to support business development.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills; multilingual ability is a plus.
Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
