Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sales Engineer – Air Technology position include:
- 3+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, preferably in commercial or industrial applications
- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering or similar technical background
- Strong communication and cold-calling skills to identify and engage new business prospects
- Ability to travel 30–40% nationwide, including visits to existing clients and industry exhibitions
- Skilled in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems like Sage 50 is a plus
- Experience with customer relationship development and territory management
- Comfortable conducting on-site facility assessments and face-to-face meetings
- Business development mindset with a focus on long-term client partnerships
Salary: $70,000 - $120,000 per year base, plus bonus, commensurate with experience.
