We are actively seeking a Safety Manager to oversee scaffold operations and promote a culture of safety excellence. This position is based in Colorado, and relocation support is available for qualified candidates—an exciting opportunity to join a growing, safety-first organization.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Safety Manager position include:
- Minimum 3-5 years of safety management experience in construction or industrial services; scaffold or access-related safety strongly preferred
- OSHA certifications required; OSHA 500/510 preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- CSP, CHST, or OHST certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA scaffold standards (Subpart L) and experience in power plants, cement plants, and commercial projects
- Conduct safety inspections, training, and enforce compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and DOT standards
- Lead investigations and root cause analysis for incidents and near-misses
- Prepare safety reports and documentation for regulatory and client needs
Salary: $83,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
