Qualifications and responsibilities for this Roofing Operations Manager position include:
- 5+ years of roofing operations experience; residential experience strongly preferred
- Hands-on ability to complete minor roof repairs during evaluations
- Strong leadership skills to manage subcontractors and help build a team
- Ability to restructure daily operations and improve company efficiency
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred for crew communication
- Knowledge of roofing systems including shingle, tile, and metal
- Familiarity with job management software like ServiceTitan or similar
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Salary: $100,000 - $133,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
