Qualifications and responsibilities for this Registered Land Surveyor PM position include:
- Professional Land Surveyor (RLS) license in Arizona or ability to obtain within 90 days.
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience managing land surveying projects, ideally in civil/commercial sectors.
- Strong client relationship-building skills; business development a plus.
- Lead and manage commercial/residential surveying projects from planning through delivery.
- Coordinate field and design teams; manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee quality control, documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain client communications and handle invoicing, WIP tracking, and A/R follow-up.
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
