Qualifications and responsibilities for this Revit Drafter position include:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Revit drafting and construction document preparation
- Ability to create and revise architectural documents, elevations, and sections in Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of architectural drafting standards and familiarity with California Building Codes
- Experience reviewing city comments, revising plans, and coordinating with engineers and clients
- Ability to conduct job site visits for measurements, as-built surveys, and quality control
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be open to local travel (mileage reimbursed)
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and team-oriented mindset—no training wheels here, just results
Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 401(k) with 4% company match, medical insurance, paid major holidays, PTO starting with 40 hours of sick time, vacation accrual after one year, annual performance evaluations, merit-based raises, and year-end bonuses (typically $500+).
