Qualifications and responsibilities for this Restoration Technician position include:
- Experience with restoration or mitigation work; respond to emergency water damage calls and stabilize affected properties
- Ability to perform demolition of damaged materials; assist with mitigation and restoration project execution
- Experience setting up drying equipment, containment systems, and extraction tools for water damage recovery
- Strong communication skills; interact with homeowners and businesses while helping scope restoration projects
- Ability to document projects using photos, notes, and job documentation systems for insurance and internal tracking
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments; adapt quickly to changing job site conditions
- Willingness to participate in rotating on-call schedules including nights and weekends for emergency response
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical labor while maintaining quality and safety standards
Salary: $30 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including a $200 weekly on-call stipend, minimum three billable hours for on-call jobs, overtime pay at 1.5x for hours worked over 40, and a 401(k) with company match.
