This full-time, permanent Residential Tile and Stone Estimator / Project Manager role offers the unique chance to join a company with over 60 years of history and an unmatched reputation in the industry. Specializing in high-end residential and large-scale commercial stone, marble, terrazzo, and tile projects, this firm is deeply embedded in the DMV’s most prestigious builds — including airports, hospitals, and luxury homes valued at $10M–$30M. With in-house drafting, long-term employee retention, and a flexible, independent work culture, this is the ideal environment for a self-starter who thrives in a specialized, respected, and low-hierarchy team.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Tile and Stone Estimator / Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of experience in tile, marble, terrazzo, or stone estimating and project management, preferably in high-end residential
- Strong field measurement experience — must be comfortable working directly with GCs, subcontractors, and on active job sites
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel; familiarity with Planswift, Bluebeam, or other estimating tools is a plus
- Ability to manage all phases of the project — estimating, procurement, scheduling, submittals, and field coordination
- Excellent communication and sales skills; capable of maintaining relationships with high-end clients, builders, and architects
- Operates with minimal supervision and can work independently in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
- Experience working with union labor is a plus, though not required
Salary: $90,000 -$100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
