Are you a creative Residential Renovation Designer with a passion for transforming high-end homes? Located in Greenville, SC and Western NC, this is your chance to join an award-winning custom homebuilder specializing in luxury renovations valued at $500K to $1M+. You’ll be part of a collaborative design-build team that combines exceptional craftsmanship, client-first focus, and stunning architectural vision. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Renovation Designer position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of residential design experience, with a focus on renovation or remodeling
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate existing conditions and define renovation scope
- Lead client meetings to develop designs that reflect project goals, budget, and vision
- Translate concepts into detailed construction documents in compliance with building codes
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and consultants throughout the process
- Strong understanding of construction methods; familiarity with steep slope sites is a plus
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
