Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Remodeling Project Manager position include:
- 3–7+ years of experience managing residential remodeling, GC, restoration, or tenant improvement projects
- Proficiency with JobTread or similar project management software (e.g., Buildertrend); daily updates required
- Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules for multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent client communication and documentation habits; weekly update cadence expected
- Strong planning and sequencing skills, with ability to run rolling 2-week lookaheads
- Experience managing scope changes, pricing and executing change orders with speed and accuracy
- Ability to lead weekly production meetings and enforce process compliance across teams
- Calm, organized, proactive, and able to maintain transparency and accountability under pressure
Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
