Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Architect position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 4–6 years of residential architecture experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Rhino and Lumion experience is a plus
- Assist with site measuring, drafting, and documentation of existing conditions
- Perform building code analysis and contribute to construction documentation
- Translate sketches and concepts into detailed architectural drawings
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure design intent and project quality
- Maintain organization, manage tasks independently, and deliver on deadlines
- Support Principals and Project Managers with day-to-day office and project needs
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
