Qualifications and responsibilities for this Regional Manager position include:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in the Construction or Surveying industry, with a strong understanding of project delivery and team leadership
- Must reside in Texas (Houston area preferred); ability to travel 20–50% of the time, especially in the first 6 months
- Lead client engagement, relationship management, and oversee project execution across North America
- Represent the company at industry events and ensure consistent delivery excellence
- Provide financial oversight including revenue forecasting, cost control, and budget approvals
- Champion safety, operational compliance, and drive innovation in geospatial technologies
- Support recruitment and training of regional staff while fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture
- Ability to travel internationally to meet senior UK leadership as part of onboarding
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 10–15 days PTO, $1,000 monthly toward health reimbursement (minus $500 deduction), short-term disability, group life assurance, performance-based bonus opportunity, company laptop and phone (or reimbursement), and support from a dedicated U.S.-based HR firm.
