This Regional Manager position, based remotely in Houston, TX (or anywhere in Texas), offers the rare chance to shape the company’s U.S. operations from the ground up. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Regional Manager position include:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in the Construction or Surveying industry, with a strong understanding of project delivery and team leadership
  • Must reside in Texas (Houston area preferred); ability to travel 20–50% of the time, especially in the first 6 months
  • Lead client engagement, relationship management, and oversee project execution across North America
  • Represent the company at industry events and ensure consistent delivery excellence
  • Provide financial oversight including revenue forecasting, cost control, and budget approvals
  • Champion safety, operational compliance, and drive innovation in geospatial technologies
  • Support recruitment and training of regional staff while fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture
  • Ability to travel internationally to meet senior UK leadership as part of onboarding

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 10–15 days PTO, $1,000 monthly toward health reimbursement (minus $500 deduction), short-term disability, group life assurance, performance-based bonus opportunity, company laptop and phone (or reimbursement), and support from a dedicated U.S.-based HR firm.
