Qualifications and responsibilities for this totalAMH Proposal Manager position include:
- Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of experience in CAD building modeling and construction project management using Autodesk software, or 5 years of equivalent experience in BIM, building construction, or engineering.
- Proficiency in Autodesk software, Adobe tools, and Microsoft 365, with familiarity in ERP/CRM systems.
- Manage the entire client-facing proposal process, from delivery to project milestone facilitation and final approvals.
- Assemble and present professional, accurate customer-facing proposal documentation.
- Coordinate proposal intake and revisions to generate final technical documents and construction drawings.
- Explain and manage project timelines, aligning Tech Logic milestones with client needs.
- Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and national building codes and regulations.
- Utilize tools like Revit, BIM, and Autodesk Construction Cloud to optimize the proposal workflow.
Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
