We're seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join the team in Fairport, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the company’s Principal while overseeing top-tier commercial office properties. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Property Manager position include:
- 3–7 years of experience in property management, preferably commercial (residential considered)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong financial acumen for managing budgets, rent collection, and vendor relationships
- Oversee daily operations, tenant relations, and maintenance of 10 Class A office properties
- Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules
- Ensure regulatory compliance at the local, state, and federal levels
- Coordinate with onsite staff, vendors, and contractors for efficient property operations
- Work closely with senior leadership, including the company’s Principal
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 17 days of PTO, health benefits including medical, dental, and vision, a 401(k) plan after 90 days, and an end-of-year bonus.
